In conjunction with our continued partnership with One Tree Planted, an organization committed to the reforestation of trees across the Globe, we strive to adopt as many environmental initiatives as possible. We have made the transition to many recyclable/compostable materials, and we are proud to announce that a new partnership has emerged with ChopValue.

Through an elaborate system of providing sustainably sourced chopsticks, recycling them, designing minimalistic products, and then producing them, ChopValue has recycled over 60 million chopsticks to date; and they truly embody the notion of “turning waste into beauty.”
With a wide range of products from recycled materials, they offer a variety of goods suited for home (including fun and exciting games) and for office!
At Thai Express, our goal is to recycle 8 million chopsticks this year by integrating this recycling initiative in all our Quebec locations. These 8 million chopsticks would capture over 12,000 kg of carbon that would have otherwise been released into the atmosphere.
We are extremely thankful for ChopValue and their continued efforts in making the earth a better place and we are thrilled to be part of this initiative.
